Any balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned subject to verification; however, balances may be forfeited if the account was closed due to a Terms violation. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case any outstanding balance will be returned after verification. Once an account is closed, the same individual may not open a new account unless vb99 grants written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the laws and jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
